As a focus in industrial research and development, XLT Institute of Welding provides valuable training and education on their two campuses in the western and eastern parts Australia. They’ve helped students succeed in underwater welding and many other programs for over 20 years.
Besides the diverse offerings of welding courses, this school also focuses on engineering, heavy equipment operation and apprenticeship. Their underwater welding program has some perquisites, namely requiring you to hold a minimum level 2 status as a commercial diver, which normally constitutes two months of full-time work. XLT makes referrals to their shared network of companies to help their graduates find employment.
